Freesat & HD
FreeSat is an amazing new service that gives everyone access to a wide range of digital TV channels from a satellite dish without any subscription.
You can even receive High Definition (HD) broadcasts from the BBC and ITV and more HD channels will be available soon. These HD programs can make all the difference when watching on an 'HD Ready' TV. The quality is much better than standard Freeview broadcasts.
What do I need to get FreeSat?
You need a FreeSat Dish and a FreeSat receiver box or a TV with FreeSat built in. The dish is the same as a Sky dish so some people can convert their existing dish to work with FreeSat.
Can I get FreeSat where I live?
Because FreeSat uses a signal from a satellite almost every home can get a perfect signal, even if you can't get Freeview where you live.
Can I record from FreeSat?
You can if you have a FreeSat recorder box or 'PVR'. You can even record in HD on some broadcasts. You will need 2 feeds from the dish for a recorder so tell us when you call if this is something you require.
Isn't a dish ugly, I don't want one on my house?
Unlike some 'cowboy' aerial installers or some satellite engineers that are only interested in getting the job done as quickly as possible, we take the time to make sure the dish is in a place that is as neat as possible and the cables are carefully hidden or routed discretely.
It is even possible to mount a dish hidden in the garden so it can't be seen anywhere on the house. Call us for a FREE site survey and we can explain the options for hidden dishes in more detail.

We specialise in the installation of high performance satellite dishes. We can install satellite dishes for historic buildings, listed buildings and conservation areas.
We can supply and install transparent dishes, hidden dishes, marine dishes and satellite broadband equipment.
The dish can be hidden on or near to the building as we can use fibre optic connection to overcome the limitations of traditional copper cabling. The dish can be up to 3 miles from the house using fibre!
We can install complex distribution systems that can route satellite signals throughout a property or group of properties. One dish can even serve an entire development of hundreds of properties.
