Freeview HD
In order to receive Freeview HD TV you will need a 'Freeview HD Ready' TV aerial professionally installed. Some people that have older aerials may still be able to receive Freeview HD TV through their existing aerial.
With Freeview HD signals, you will be able to experience the amazing high definition services from providers like the BBC when the service is switched on in your area. You will need a Freeview HD set top box or TV with one built in to recieve the high definition programs in HD quality. These boxes are available now but you have to wait until your area can receive the new HD transmissions.
If you have problems receiving Digital TV now, you might need a new aerial. If you need a new aerial why not have a 'Freeview HD ready' TV aerial installed and you can use this for standard Freeview until the new services come online in your area.
What is a 'Freeview HD ready' aerial?
Most professionally installed 'digital' aerials should be able to receive both standard Freeview and Freeview HD but poor installation or dodgy cabling can cause problems with digital reception.
We describe a 'Freeview HD ready' aerial installation as one which we use only the very best aerial and cabling all the way to your TV so we can guaranty the signals won't deteriorate along the way. We use the latest most sophisticated metering equipment to ensure the signals you recieve meet all the highest standards so that your enjoyment of Freeview and Freeview HD is uninterrupted by poor reception.
Our professional, experienced and highly trained engineers are employed by us and we do not sub contract to unknown local installers. They have access to the latest digital metering equipment so we can test your existing system and tell you exactly what is wrong with it. If a simple repair is all that is needed, you will only be charged for a call out and not for a new aerial.
If you need a new aerial, we will discuss the best position to put it on the building to provide a perfect signal as well as being as neat as possible. The installer will only use the highest quality materials that will last and are safe.
Once the new aerial is installed it can be distributed to as many points in different rooms as you need for multiple TV's.
How do I use Freeview HD?
Your installer will tune in your TV/set top box and show you how to use the amazing Freeview HD service. If you get stuck after we have gone and need more help, you can call any time and receive FREE telephone support.
What about a warranty?
We offer a 3 year warranty on all our aerial installations so if you have any problems with the equipment or the signals, we will repair or replace the faulty components FREE of charge.
