Rented House

This installation took place in a rented house where it was not possible to chase cables into the walls. The surround sound speakers were placed neatly on the fireplace and the cables concealed in special conduit for a smart finish. The signal cables for the screen are also hidden in the conduit and even though the screen was not HD-ready and did not have an HDMI socket, we were able to provide a 720p image from the Virgin Media V+HD box via component cables.

The installation can be removed at any time without significant need to repair the walls. The fourth image above shows a screen installed in the bedroom with another Virgin Media box and a PS3 for HD games, DVD and BluRay.
