FREE Telephone support

You will always get our FREE and unlimited telephone support with a direct line to your installer for immediate help with little problems.

 

Reasonable callouts

If you need more significant support with your system, we can arrange an expert engineer to call to solve the problem or just provide a further tutorial, showing you how work your system better.

Call outs start from £25-00+vat so if you need help, just call.

 

GOLD Service

If you want an engineer to come straight away, we can arrange an emergency call out from as little as £65-00+vat

 

24/7 Premium Support

If you are a business customer or just need urgent help, an engineer can be with you with in hours, any time of day or night. A quote will be provided but out of hours support starts from £100-00+vat.

 

Ongoing support packages

If you have a large system installed by us, we offer an ongoing support package. You can choose to pay quarterly and receive a number of call out hours every 3 months. If you need us, just call and we will come as soon as we can. If you need 24hr support, we just deduct twice the call out hours from your package.

If you don't use up your call out hours in any quarter, we will come anyway to give your system a checkup and make sure everything continues to run smoothly.
